Manipulation  A type of joint mobilization that occurs with a small, quick motion at the end-range of a movement and is often associated with an audible “pop" known as a joint cavitation. 

Dry Needling is one of the most groundbreaking and immediate therapy treatments available.  Electrical stimulation from a tens unit is often used in conjunction with dry needling in order to decrease pain and maximize healing potential.

Graston Technique ®  is a form of soft tissue mobilization that uses stainless steel tools of various shapes and sizes to better target specific tissue adhesion and restrictions.  Graston is used for a wide variety of soft tissue dysfunction.

Cupping Therapy is a form of soft tissue mobilization  which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a short period of time to create suction of soft tissue. It can be used  help with myofascial pain by releasing soft tissue adhesions in order to improve tissue extensibility. 

Tempering is a form of IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization) for deep tissue massage.
